Courts

The Hazelwood Municipal Court and Violations Bureau was established July 5, 1961 in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Missouri Supreme Court.

The Municipal Court is in session every Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public. The Hazelwood Municipal Court and Violations Bureau is located in Hazelwood City Hall at 415 Elm Grove Lane. The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Violations Bureau was established to administer to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor and public.

The Court dispenses information, collects fines that do not require a court appearance and maintains all Court records. The Violations Bureau can be reached by calling 314-839-2212 or 314-839-3700.

Recycle Day on June 1

In an effort to help divert electronic items and other bulky appliances away from landfills, the City of Hazelwood is hosting its 3rd Annual Recycle Day on Sat., June 1, in the parking lot of St. Louis Outlet Mall from 9 am to 3 pm. This event is free; there are no drop-off charges.

for 'Firehouse Fridays" Program on 5/3

The City of Hazelwood was featured in a BIG WAY on KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5's "Today in St. Louis" show for the station's first "Firehouse Fridays" episode on Friday, May 3.  They did a live remote broadcast from Hazelwood's fire station #2 between 5 am and 7 am.

Hazelwood Police Sergeant Honored As
Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer

Sgt. Andy Eagan of the Hazelwood Police Department has been chosen as the "2012 Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer" by the St. Louis Metro Area of Special Olympics Missouri. He was presented with the award at the Opening Ceremonies of the St. Louis Metro Spring Games held recently at Westminister Christian Academy.
